Melodifestivalen och även musiklistorna mot FRA (Musik för friheten) och Kärnkraft (Musik för ny energi) är väl ett exempel på musikens kraft. Nu alla musiker har ni möjligheten.. Kanske är det ändå så att musiken svävar över alla orden och nu kan du skriva en grön sång. Skapligt bra betalt också!

Greenvision song contest 2009
EGP is launching a campaign song competition for the 2009 European Parliamentary campaign. This campaign song competition is open to everyone and anyone (individual singer-songwriters or bands) who feel they have enough talent and inspiration to compose a campaign song for the European greens for the coming election campaign.
The theme of the song should be about the environmental, social and economic challenges of todays' world and the need for the real green solutions to be urgently applied. The party‘s Manifesto summary should, as much as possible, be reflected in the lyrics. The song should also be imbued with the spirit and positivity of our solution-based policies. The main language of the song has to be English so that it can be used throughout the EU. The style and genre of music is up to you (from dance to hiphop, from roots/folk to rock and everything else in between): you can be as inventive and original as you like.
Songs can be sent in an MP3 format to Szilvia Csanyi (szilvia.csanyi@europeangreens.net) till 1st March 2009. There will be a pre-selection process by a panel composed of various representatives of the European Green Party and its member parties as well as professionals. Those songs that are pre selected will be uploaded to http://www.ampster.net/ and will be open for public voting till the 15th March 2009 here on this website. The song that receives the most votes will be the winner of the song competition. The winner will be notified and the result will be published on our website.
The prize of the winner is 3000 Euro.
The winner of the competition will have the opportunity to sing his/her song in the Congress of the European Green Party which will be held in Brussels 27-28 March 2009. During the election campaign this song will be distributed all over Europe and will be used by the Green parties in Europe.

Men här är mina båda absolut största musiker Chuck & Keith på en gång! Whitney Houston är egentligen min favoritsångerska men Linda R. är inte så illa hon heller.
